The new Foldover Super Flare revisits PINK’s classic foldover yoga pant with a considerably wider leg opening. The 14-inch flare is almost double the size of the original, while the ultra-soft cotton, bold waistband and playful prints keep the design tied to the brand’s early-2000s identity.
PinkPantheress wears the silhouette with baby tees, cropped hoodies and tonal layers, giving the campaign the same internet-era nostalgia already embedded in her own music and visual language. Not just simply borrowing Y2K as a distant archive trend, PINK places it on an artist whose aesthetic has helped younger audiences romanticise the period again.
Victoria’s Secret PINK was itself one of the brands that helped define the collegiate, logo-heavy, foldover-waist aesthetic of the 2000s. Twenty years later, it has the advantage of revisiting products from its own history rather than recreating somebody else’s nostalgia.
The commercial focus remains clear: Foldover Super Flare currently sits prominently among PINK’s new arrivals, with PinkPantheress presented directly as the face of the product.
Y2K may have returned across fashion years ago, but for PINK, this particular comeback feels like reclaiming territory it already helped create, with PinkPantheress giving that nostalgia a distinctly current face.
