By 2010, the Fantasy Bra had secured its place in fashion history as an extraordinary collaboration between Victoria’s Secret, renowned jewelry houses, and the world's leading supermodels. The following years introduced increasingly elaborate gemstone arrangements, advanced jewelry construction techniques, and new approaches to precious materials.

2011–2013: From Underwater Treasures to Royal Jewels

In 2011, American family-owned jewelry house London Jewelers created the $2.5 million Fantasy Treasure Bra for Miranda Kerr. Inspired by an underwater fantasy, the design incorporated approximately 3,400 gemstones, including pearls, citrines, aquamarines, and 142 carats of white and yellow diamonds set in 18-karat gold. Its cascading centerpiece featured four exceptional diamonds, arranged to evoke treasures suspended beneath the sea.

Built upon the Victoria’s Secret Gorgeous Push-up Bra, the creation required approximately 500 hours of craftsmanship. London Jewelers reportedly examined 10,000 gemstones before selecting those suitable for its intricate composition.

The partnership continued in 2012 when Alessandra Ambrosio wore the $2.5 million Floral Fantasy Bra. Featuring approximately 5,200 precious stones, including amethysts, sapphires, rubies, tsavorites, and colored diamonds, the design translated floral patterns into elaborate arrangements of 18-karat rose and yellow gold.

Its centerpiece was a detachable 20-carat white diamond, accompanied by removable floral brooches. Victoria’s Secret extended the concept into its fragrance business with a specially commissioned Bombshell Fantasy Fragrance bottle, valued at $500,000 and decorated with a 10-carat diamond and a carved tourmaline butterfly.

In 2013, Candice Swanepoel presented Mouawad's $10 million Royal Fantasy Bra, featuring approximately 4,200 gemstones set in 18-karat gold. A magnificent 52-carat pear-shaped ruby formed the centerpiece, surrounded by diamonds, rubies, and yellow sapphires. The elaborate setting demonstrated Mouawad's expertise in accommodating exceptional gemstones within wearable jewelry structures.

2014–2015: Fantasy Bra Becomes Full-Body Jewelry

The 2014 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in London introduced a historic double presentation, with Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio wearing complementary Dream Angels Fantasy Bras created by Mouawad.

Valued at $2 million each, the ensembles incorporated more than 16,000 gemstones across intricate arrangements of diamonds, sapphires, and colored precious stones. Gold chains and ornamental jewelry extended across the neck, abdomen, and legs, creating coordinated compositions around the models' bodies.

The commission reportedly required approximately 1,380 hours of craftsmanship, reflecting the complexity of constructing two complete jewelry ensembles for simultaneous runway presentation.

In 2015, Lily Aldridge wore Mouawad's $2 million Fireworks Fantasy Bra, inspired by explosions of colorful light. The design incorporated approximately 6,500 gemstones, including diamonds, sapphires, topaz, pink quartz, and garnets, mounted in 18-karat gold.

Built upon the Victoria’s Secret Very Sexy Flirt demi bra, the creation featured branching gemstone arrangements and a coordinating jeweled belt. Approximately 685 hours of craftsmanship were devoted to its construction, with artisans carefully positioning the stones across the curved lingerie structure.

2016–2018: Jewelry Engineering and New Gemstone Technology

In 2016, Jasmine Tookes wore the $3 million Bright Night Fantasy Bra, designed by American jewelry designer Eddie Borgo and fabricated by Lebanese jewelry house A&W Mouzannar.

Featuring approximately 9,000 diamonds and emeralds totaling over 450 carats, the creation reflected Borgo's geometric design vocabulary. Its manufacturing process involved three-dimensional body scanning and plaster molding, allowing artisans to develop a precise structure around Tookes's proportions. The intricate gold and gemstone construction required approximately 700 hours of craftsmanship.

The following year, Lais Ribeiro presented Mouawad's $2 million Champagne Nights Fantasy Bra during the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Shanghai. Inspired by ancient Greek goddesses, the creation incorporated nearly 6,000 diamonds, yellow sapphires, and blue topazes, totaling over 640 carats and mounted in 18-karat yellow gold.

Its elaborate leaf-like arrangements extended into a matching belt and coordinating jewelry. More than 350 hours of craftsmanship were required, and Mouawad subsequently exhibited the creation at its international boutiques.

The tradition entered a new technological chapter in 2018 when Elsa Hosk wore Atelier Swarovski's $1 million Dream Angels Fantasy Bra.

Featuring approximately 2,100 laboratory-created diamonds and responsibly sourced topaz mounted in sterling silver, the creation marked the Fantasy Bra's first use of lab-grown diamonds. These gemstones possess the same fundamental chemical composition and crystal structure as natural diamonds, produced through controlled technological processes.

The intricate silver framework reportedly required 930 hours of craftsmanship. Hosk's appearance became the final Fantasy Bra presentation before the tradition entered an eight-year hiatus.

2026: The $50 Million Revival

Victoria’s Secret discontinued its traditional annual fashion show in 2019 amid changing consumer expectations and a broader reconsideration of the brand's identity. The Tour '23 introduced an alternative creative format, followed by the return of the runway in 2024 and another show in 2025.

On October 18, 2026, the Fantasy Bra returned with Kylie Jenner wearing an extraordinary $50 million creation by Jacob & Co., founded by American jeweler Jacob Arabo.

The commission featured 4,410 natural diamonds, including a spectacular 75.54-carat Fancy Vivid yellow diamond centerpiece reportedly valued at approximately $22 million. Its construction incorporated 18-karat gold and 3,218 individually designed components, forming an articulated jewelry structure that followed the body's movements.

Fifteen artisans reportedly devoted over 1,000 hours to the creation, combining gemstone selection, precision metalworking, diamond setting, and complex assembly. The design also incorporated Jacob & Co.'s signature Angel Cut, a distinctive 37-facet diamond cut developed under Arabo's direction.

The entirely precious-metal construction represented an ambitious exercise in jewelry engineering. Individual articulated components enabled flexibility while supporting the considerable weight of the gemstones, transforming the Fantasy Bra into a sophisticated piece of wearable sculpture.

Three decades after Claudia Schiffer unveiled the original Million Dollar Miracle Bra in 1996, the Fantasy Bra returned with an unprecedented valuation and an exceptional display of contemporary jewelry craftsmanship. Its enduring fascination lies in the remarkable collaboration between the human body, precious materials, and the artisans capable of transforming thousands of individual gemstones into a single spectacular creation.
